Should your requested apartment be available, your apartment is automatically reserved and your dates are blocked out on the apartment calendar. We advise you not to book flights or travel until you receive your final BOOKING CONFIRMATION. This may take up to 24 hours.

Big Red’s secure server is maintained by REALEX. bigredlondon.com do not view your card details at any time and all transactions are processed securely by RBS and REALEX.

Your reservation is confirmed and your card charged ONLY if your accommodation is available. This usually takes 24 hours, but at weekends and public holidays may be longer.
