general description
Our HIGH HOLBORN apartments are in a modern block in Clerkenwell and contain 16 apartments over 4 floors with a lift. The lift is only available from the 1st floor. All of the apartments have just been completely refurbished, freshly decorated and have all new beds, sofas and other furniture. Photos are a selection from the apartments we have of this type.
We have 7 three bedroom apartments available in this block. Each apartments has the following:
• Three bedrooms. Each bedroom has 2 single beds.
• There are 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a full bathtub, the second bathroom a shower.
The apartments are spacious and very bright being on average 70sq metres. There are wooden floors throughout and in the main living room there are large windows offering great views over Clerkenwell.Flat 13 in particular has wonderful views of St Pauls. The apartments have a new fully fitted kitchen, sofas and dining table and chairs for 6 people and TV with Freeview channels. There are communal laundry facilities in the building with washers and dryers and there is also an incoming telephone. Broadband internet (wifi) is available for a small £15 additional fee.
Clerkenwell is an excellent destination and very popular with visitors to London and those of us who live here. No more than 10 minutes from Covent Garden, Holborn and 8 minutes from Bloomsbury, it also has a very vibrant local market (Exmouth Market) and excellent shops, restaurants and eateries.?Sadlers Wells Dance Theatre, the Barbican Arts Centre and concert hall as well as the Charles Dickens Museum are close by.

I love this place. I was looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bath for me and my family at the time I called they said they didnt have anything but if I was to give them my number they would call me back when they did. Well what do you know a few days later Portia calls me to let me know that she finally had one. The ladies in the office are so nice. These are older apts but they have done some work and bought new furniture and they look great. (Jorge - Sept 2012)
The larger apartments are beautiful: I was really sold when I saw all the space - I have 4 very lively boys. Supermarket is close and it was real easy to get around and get back home in the evening. The laundry in the basement is the only downside but no biggie. Thanks again Sam!! (Louise ? Oct 2012)

Big Red London takes bookings in this apartment on behalf of the managing agency.
Payment in full is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay and is subject to a 4.5% card fee. It is payable to the managing agents of the property. A £300 security deposit is charged at check and is refunded at the end of your stay. Check in is open 24 hours a day. Check in is at the local management office in Bloomsbury. The minimum stay is 4 nights. Stays of less than 4 nights may be available subject to agreement and the price per night will increase. Please Note: The £25 booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
