Our Farringdon apartments consist of 23 apartments in this large converted warehouse building in Clerkenwell. The building is set around a courtyard and is over 4 floors with no lift. The apartments are very spacious averaging 50 to 65 sq metres in the two bedroom apartments, with large windows and some have good views over London.
Most MURIEL apartments are occupied part of the year by professors, tutors and students from many of the nearby Universities, but we do have some Summer availability. Photos are a selection from various apartments.
These Studios sleep 3 people. Fully carpeted throughout, they are spacious Studios covering 25 to 35sq metres of space. We have 2 studios with 3 single beds in each bedroom.
All the apartments have fully fitted kitchens, communal laundry facilities, dining tables, sofas and TV's. Broadband internet is available for a £15 fee. Each of the apartments was re decorated and re furnished just 2 years ago, so the apartments are of a good modern standard.
Clerkenwell is an excellent destination and very popular with visitors to London and those of us who live here. No more than 10 minutes from Covent Garden, Holborn and 8 minutes from Bloomsbury, it also has a very vibrant local market (Exmouth Market) and excellent shops, restaurants and eateries.
Sadlers Wells Dance Theatre, the Barbican Arts Centre and concert hall as well as the Charles Dickens Museum are very close by.

Payment in full is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay and is subject to a 4.5% card fee. It is payable to the managing agents of the property. A £300 security deposit is charged at check and is refunded at the end of your stay. Check in is open 24 hours a day. Check in is at the local management office which is a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The minimum stay is 4 nights. Stays of less than 4 nights may be available subject to agreement and the price per night will increase. Please Note: The £25 booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
