DURING THE LONDON 2012 OLYMPICS THE MINIMUM STAY IS STRICTLY 5 NIGHTS.
Our SELINA apartments are in a modern block in Clerkenwell and contain 16 apartments over 4 floors with a lift. The lift is only available from the 1st floor. All of the apartments have just been completely refurbished, freshly decorated and have all new beds, sofas and other furniture. Photos are a selection from the apartments we have of this type.

The apartments are spacious and very bright being on average 60 sq metres. There are wooden floors throughout and in the main living room there are large windows offering great views over Clerkenwell.
The apartment have a new fully fitted kitchen, sofas and dining table and chairs for 6 people and TV with freeview. There are communal laundry facilities in the building with washers and dryers and there is also an incoming telehone. Broadband internet (wifi) is available for a small £15 additional fee.
Clerkenwell is an excellent destination and very popular with visitors to London and those of us who live here. No more than 10 minutes from Covent Garden, Holborn and 8 minutes from Bloomsbury, it also has a very vibrant local market (Exmouth Market) and excellent shops, restaurants and eateries. Sadlers Wells Dance Theatre, the Barbican Arts Centre and concert hall as well as the Charles Dickens Museum are very close by.
From October 2011 to June 2012 you can save 10% when you book 7 nights or more.

Payment in full is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay and is subject to a 3% card fee. It is payable to the managing agents of the property. A £300 security deposit is charged at check and is refunded at the end of your stay. Check in is open 24 hours a day. Check in is at the local management office in Bloomsbury. The minimum stay is 4 nights. Stays of less than 4 nights may be available (accept during the London 2012 Olympics) subject to agreement and the price per night will increase. Please Note: The £20 booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
From October 2011 to June 2012 you can save 10% when you book 7 nights or more.
PAYMENT TERMS for the London 2012 Olympics: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total is due upon booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to the start of your booking. If not received your booking will be cancelled.
