The separate, L-shaped bedroom has an East-facing window. The sumptuous king-sized bed and generous storage space are of Italian design .
The apartment retains original oak floorboards and has been tastefully converted to make a feature of the 19th century brickwork and arched windows. These tall windows open and close easily. The lounge area has a large sofa of high quality, flat screen TV (with Sky Plus package) and a coffee table.
The dining area comprises a white glass-topped table and 4 white leather chairs; ideal for social dining and entertaining.
The kitchen has a four-ring gas hob, steel splashback and extractor . Here, you will find everything required by both the amateur and the more serious cook. There is a large free standing fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher dryer. A smart breakfast bar, with two yellow leather-topped stools, divides the kitchen from the dining space.

The historic London village of Clerkenwell was once a hub of radicalism. Now, you will find some of the citys finest restaurants here. The original gastro-pub (The Eagle) has been joined by several others of renown, too. A dozen coffee shops, some with outdoor tables, are perfect for watching the world go by. Sadler's Wells Theatre, dedicated to dance, is a short walk away. The area is also home to Fabric, one of London’s largest nightclubs. Close to City Of London borders, it's an easy journey into the West End or Waterloo (for the attractions of The Southbank).
