Full payment is required 1-2 weeks prior to the date of arrival, and is taken from the returned credit card authorization form (part of booking confirmation documents) unless notified of alternative method of payment
Between 1-7 days prior to arrival, a dilapidation deposit will be required. For bookings more than seven nights, £500.00 will be pre-authorized against the credit card used to secure payment (unless alternative credit card is provided/advised) The deposit is returned to the guest credit card after departure subject to any outstanding incidentals or dilapidation charges that may be incurred during the guest’s stay.
