The Penthouse apartments at Calico House are located in the heart of the financial district demonstrating that you can easily mix business with pleasure.
The Penthouse offers the same facilities on a grander scale as a smaller two bedroom apartment (one double & one single bedroom) but in addition the 87sq metre apartment has an upstairs conservatory and an outside roof terrace with spectacular views of St Paul's and the City of London. The roof terrace offers the unique opportunity of alfresco dining without having to leave.

Payment in full is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay and is subject to a 3% card fee. A £500 security deposit is charged at check and is refunded at the end of your stay. Check in is open 24 hours a day. Check in is at the local management office which is at the apartment.
The minimum stay is 7nights. Stays of less than 7 nights are not available. Please Note: The £20 booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances. Further booking conditions are available upon request.
