3 new and exciting holiday rental properties in this small block. This second floor apartment occupies an enviable position just moments from Trafalgar Square, Whitehall, the National Galleries and Buckingham Palace.
The apartment benefits from being in a wonderful location, double glazed throughout and with a spacious living area and bedroom, on one of London's premier streets.
Newly refurbished, the apartment has been lovingly and stylishly refurbished and furnished to the highest standard. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a small block which contains serviced apartments. We have 2 other apartments in this block, one of which sleeps 7 and the other also sleeps 5.

The sitting room has a large comfortable sofa which is also a double sofa bed suitable for 2 adults and a single bed can be added for a 5th person. The main room has a dining area with a large table seating 4 and a fully equipped kitchen.
Wireless broadband is included as is Sat TV. The apartment is double glazed, so peaceful and restful, despite being in the heart of the capital. Bed linen and towels and daily cleaning are all included as is broadband internet.

Payment in full is required 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay and is subject to a card fee, should you wish to pay the balance by card. A £300 security deposit has to be paid in advance to the apartment manager. This is refunded at the end of your stay. Check in is open until midnight at the apartment.
The minimum stay is 4 nights. Stays of less than 4 nights may be available subject to agreement and the price per night will change increase by between 10 and 20%
