Earl's Court Exhibition Centre and Olympia are within ten minutes walking distance. Leighton House Museum is less well-known but just even closer to your door and certainly well worth a visit.
This is a really great location; much that lends London its distinct character is nearby. From Harrod's and Harvey Nichol's on Knightsbridge to free entry at several world-class museums on Exhibition Road, not forgetting the gorgeous green space of Holland Park.
