general description
DURING THE LONDON 2012 OLYMPICS THE MINIMUM STAY IS STRICTLY 7 NIGHTS.
Our WELLINGTON apartments are in located in the heart of Covent Gardem just moments from the Strand and the Aldwych. The 3 apartments were entirely refurbished in December 2011 and offer an excellent standard fo furnished and serviced accommodation in the heart of central London.
The apartments are cleaned daily; a baby cot and high chair are available free of charge, on request. There is broadband internet (wifi) also free of charge and the total price alson includes bed linen, cleaning and towels which are changed every 3 days.
The apartments are in a Georgian House (with a pub below) and have been installed with new high specification kitchens, luxury bathrooms, all new furniture, carpets and furniture.
This apartment is on the 3rd floor (there is not a lift) and consists of:
2 Double Bedrooms each with a large Double Bed.
1 large Double Sofa Bed in the sitting room.
The apartment also provdes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and washing machine, a dinng table and chairs for 6, a large sofa, and each bedroom has an alarm clock and ipod dock and broadband internet (wifi).
The bathroom is fully tiled and offers a luxurious double person shower, wc, basin and bidet.
The apartments are ideally situated between Covent Garden and the River Thames offering visitors or executive visitors to Londn a rare opportunity to stay in the absolute heart of the City.

Booking Information
Big Red Londn takes bookings on behalf of the apartment manager.
Payment in full is required 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay and is subject to a card fee, should you wish to pay the balance by card. A £300 security deposit has to be paid in advance to the apartment manager. This is refunded at the end of your stay. Check in is open until midnight at the apartment.
The minimum stay is 4 nights. Stays of less than 4 nights may be available subject to agreement and the price per night will change increase by between 10 and 20%. Please Note: The £25 booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
PAYMENT TERMS for the London 2012 Olympics: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total is due upon booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to the start of your booking. If not received your booking will be cancelled.
