This lovely apartment is on the fourth floor (there is not a lift) of this smart building in Soho. Just moments from Soho Square, Shaftesbury Avenue, Covent Garden and in the heart of the capital's media industry, this great apartment has a lot to offer.
The apartment has one double bedroom and 2 double sofa beds in the sitting room. The apartment provides an open plan sitting room and kitchen which contains 2 large double sofa beds, flat screen TV, CD player and DVD player. There is internet broadband also. (wifi) .
The kitchen is very well equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans and cutlery. There is a dining table and chairs and private laundry facilities.
There is a seprate double bedroom which also has its own DVD and CD player, flat screeen TV. Well decorated and furnished, the apartment is managed by a private owener who is always on hand to help with any questions or queries you may have.

The minimum stay is 5 nights. Stays of less than 5 nights may be available subject to agreement and the price per night will change. Please Note: The £20 booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances. Payment is required in full 30 days prior to the start of your booking. Should you wish to pay by credit card a 3% card fee is due on the balance only.
Check in is at the apartment where you will be required to pay a £200 security deposit and a cleaning fee of £20. Late or early check in is available subject to agreement.
