We have 3 new and exciting properties in this archetypal London Townhouse. The house has been restored to its Georgian glory, with smart black tiles on the outside and three comfortable apartments inside. The house occupies an enviable position just moments from Trafalgar Square, Whitehall, the National Galleries and Buckingham Palace and just moments from the English Naional Opera and St Martins Lane Hotel. 

This apartment benefits from  double glazed throughout, with a spacious living area and bedroom. Fully carpeted, with stylish modern bathrooms and kitchen. The apartment is on the 2nd floor:

The apartment is  consists of:

• 1 master bedroom; the master bedroom has a double bed and there is a large family bathroom. 
• 1 single bed.
• The sitting room has a a large comfortable sofa which is also a double sofa bed suitable for 2 adults. 
• There is an additional cot and high chair.

 The main room has a dining area with a large table seating 4 and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an alarm clock radio, ipod dock, digital TV in both the bedroom and stting room, and a daily cleaing service. The attention to detail is wonderful. Bed linen and towels and cleaning are all included.

This is one of our most central apartments and the location and style cannot be bettered.

PAYMENT TERMS for the London 2012 Olympics: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total is due upon booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to the start of your booking. If not received your booking will be cancelled.
