Payment in full is required 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay and is subject to a card fee, should you wish to pay the balance by card. A £300 security deposit has to be paid in advance to the apartment manager. This is refunded at the end of your stay. Check in is open until midnight at the apartment.
The minimum stay is 4 nights. Stays of less than 4 nights may be available subject to agreement and the price per night will change increase by between 10 and 20%. Please Note: The £25 booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
PAYMENT TERMS for the London 2012 Olympics: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total is due upon booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to the start of your booking. If not received your booking will be cancelled.
