Beautifully decorated throughout with wooden floorboards, stylish black & white prints on the walls and comfortable leather sofas in the living room, this apartment makes a great base from which to see London and is located in the same building as our apartment AMADEUS.

No need to spend money on taxis, trains or busses as theatres, cinemas, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shopping, galleries and museums are all within easy walking distance. Old Compton Street is also the centre of London’s colourful gay scene with countless gay venues all within minutes of the apartment.

MARIA ANNA is a two bedroom apartment, both rooms contain double beds  and there is a sofa-bed in the living room allowing a maximum of 6 people to stay here. The shower room has a stand-up shower cubicle, washer-dryer, fully equipped kitchen and 42 inch flatscreen TV with numerous digital channels. Internet is available on request either using a USB ‘key’ or by buying time on a local network. There is an extra charge for this so please enquire.

MARIA ANNA is named after Maria Anna Mozart who lived in Soho along with her brother Wolfgang Amadeus between 1764 - 65. Here they performed as child musical prodigies. They stayed in London for six months, performing every day 'from twelve to three' in a tavern called the Swan and Hoop.

Whilst its true than Soho has its less than desirable aspects it is historically the home of London theatre. Soho provides the colourful backdrop to the location of most of the West End theatres – the Geilgud, the Apollo, Queens, the Prince Edward and the Lyric are just 3 minutes walk from Rupert Street. In the 19th century theatres and such bawdiness did go hand in hand.

In the 21st century, Soho is Theatreland, where Micheal Jackson’s Thriller and Les Miserables are currently showing minutes from the Studio.  Soho is home to a large concentration of Gay business and bars, fine dining restaurants, Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club and some of the most hip and happening fashion and music shops.
