This huge duplex apartment is located on Gower Street, a major London thouroughfare, one of the most famous of London's streets It is some 8 minutes from Oxford Street and just a stones throw from the University of London, the British Museum and Regents Park.
The apartment is part of a tall London town house and the high ceilings and spacious rooms are reminfders of the gracious living of centuries ago. Now, the apartment is modestly furnished, with all the requirements for your stay, including post and pans, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, each with two single beds, and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are at the back of the house, and two at the front in the tallest part of the house. The open plan living room, dining room and kitchen provides spacious and airy living. There is a dining table for 8, two large sofas and TV with some cable channels (Freeview).

Payment in full is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay and is subject to a 3% card fee. It is payable to the managing agents of the property. A £300 security deposit is charged at check and is refunded at the end of your stay. Check in is open 24 hours a day. Check in is at the local management office in Bloomsbury. The minimum stay is 4 nights. Stays of less than 4 nights may be available (except during the London 2012 Olympics) subject to agreement and the price per night will increase. Please Note: The £20 booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

PAYMENT TERMS for the London 2012 Olympics: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total is due upon booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to the start of your booking. If not received your booking will be cancelled.
