Payment in full is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay and is subject to a 3% card fee. A £300 security deposit is charged at check and is refunded at the end of your stay. Check in is at the local management office which is a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The minimum stay is 4 nights. Stays of less than 4 nights may be available (but not during the London 2012 Olympics) subject to agreement and the price per night will increase. Please Note: The £20 booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

PAYMENT TERMS for the London 2012 Olympics: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total is due upon booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to the start of your booking. If not received your booking will be cancelled.
