DURING THE LONDON 2012 OLYMPICS THE MINIMUM STAY IS STRICTLY 5 NIGHTS.
Bloomsbury Place is a charming Georgian townhouse with lots of character. The building is located in the very popular and central Bloomsbury area and enjoys being walking distance from much that central London has to offer.
This bright and spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms. It is a duplex apartment on the third floor and there is not lift. The apartment has a fully fitted Kitchen, with washer dryer and dishwasher and microwave. The dining room has a dining table and chairs for 6, 2 large sofas and TV and broadband internet. The photos are a selection from each of the apartments.
Bloomsbury Place is in the heart of Bloomsbury and is close to Aldwych, the Strand, Oxford Street and Covent garden and the British Museum is just minutes away.
Good public transport links are also within easy walking distance of the apartment, making this a perfect base from which to explore London. There are many green leafy Georgian squares dotted around the immediate area whicn provides an air of tranquillity in this locale.

Payment in full is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay and is subject to a 3% card fee. It is payable to the managing agents of the property. A £300 security deposit is charged at check and is refunded at the end of your stay. Check in is open 24 hours a day. Check in is at the local management office which is a 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
The minimum stay is 4 nights. Stays of less than 4 nights may be available (accept during the London 2012 Olympics) subject to agreement and the price per night will increase. Please Note: The £20 booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

PAYMENT TERMS for the London 2012 Olympics: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total is due upon booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to the start of your booking. If not received your booking will be cancelled.
