DURING THE LONDON 2012 OLYMPICS THE MINIMUM STAY IS STRICTLY 5 NIGHTS.
Bloomsbury Place is a charming Georgian townhouse with lots of character. The townhouse is divided into 3 apartments, all well furnished, with new fully fitted kitchens, and large spacious rooms.
This is Flat A which is a 3 bedroom (triple bedroom, twin bedroom and single bedroom), 2 bathrooms, split level apartment. (ground floor and lower ground). This apartment is very large and spacious and wonderful for a larger group or family.
The building is located in the very popular and central Bloomsbury area and enjoys being walking distance from much that central London has to offer, including shops and restaurants in Oxford Street, Tottenham Court Road and Regents Street as well as the British Museum.
Good public transport links are also within easy walking distance of the apartment, making this a perfect base from which to explore London, yet with many green leafy Georgian squares dotted around the immediate area, there is also an air of tranquillity in this locale.

Payment in full is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay and is subject to a 3% card fee. It is payable to the managing agents of the property. A £300 security deposit is charged at check and is refunded at the end of your stay. Check in is open 24 hours a day. Check in is at the local management office which is a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The minimum stay is 4 nights. Stays of less than 4 nights may be available (accept during the London 2012 Olympics) subject to agreement and the price per night will increase. Please Note: The £20 booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances. PAYMENT TERMS for the London 2012 Olympics: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total is due upon booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to the start of your booking. If not received your booking will be cancelled.
