We have 3 new and exciting properties in this archetypal London Townhouse. The house has been restored to its Georgian glory, with smart black tiles on the outside and three fantastic apartments inside. The house occupies an enviable position just moments from Trafalgar Square, Whitehall, the National Galleries and Buckingham Palace and just momentsf rom the English Naional Opera and St Martins Lane Hotel.
This is an exceptional apartment. Newly refurbished, the apartment has been lovingly and stylishly refurbished and furnished to the highest standard. The apartment is on the 3rd and 4th floor of a small block which contains serviced apartments.
The apartment is over two floors and consists of 2 bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom, has twins beds and there is an additional family bathroom.
The sitting room has two large comfortable sofas one of which is also a double sofa bed suitable for 2 adults and a single bed can be added for a 7th person. We can also add a cot should you require it. The main room has a dining area with a large table seating 6 and a fully equipped kitchen.
Wireless broadband is included as is Sat TV. There is a TV in every bedroom as well. The apartment is double glazed, so peaceful and restful, despite being in the heart of the capital. Bed linen and towels and cleaning are all included as is daily cleaning (except at weekends)

Payment in full is required 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay and is subject to a card fee, should you wish to pay the balance by card. A £300 security deposit has to be paid in advance to the apartment manager. This is refunded at the end of your stay. Check in is open until midnight at the apartment.
The minimum stay is 4 nights. Stays of less than 4 nights may be available subject to agreement and the price per night will change increase by between 10 and 20%. Please Note: The £25 booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
PAYMENT TERMS for the London 2012 Olympics: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total is due upon booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to the start of your booking. If not received your booking will be cancelled.
