These 40 studios are a selction of double and triple Studio accommodation with separate bathroom and small kitchens. The building consists of a terrace of 3 London Townhouses located on Gower Street, one of London's central thoroughfares (so it can be noisy during the daytime) and in the heart of the West End.
The building is a grand stately building, which has slightly faded with age, although there are still the high ceilings and tall windows. The building has charm and character and the studios themselves are modestly furnished.
The Studios are budget accommodation in an exceptional location.
As there are 40 studios we cannot guarantee on which floor you will be placed. if you have mobility issues or would prefer to be at the back of the house, please state this in your booking enquiry.

Payment in full is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay and is subject to a 3% card fee. A £300 security deposit is charged at check and is refunded at the end of your stay. Check in is open 24 hours a day. Check in is at the local management office which is a 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
The minimum stay is 1 night. Please Note: The £20 booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
